The IQOO 15 was officially unveiled in China last month. Finally, the global release is on its way. The first country to welcome the IQOO 15 outside of China is India. The Indian market is set to receive the smartphone on November 26.
As a flagship smartphone, the IQOO 15 features the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. This flagship chip from Qualcomm is the current fasted chip available.
On the rear side, the IQOO 15 features a triple camera setup. All three cameras come equipped with 50MP lenses. The front-facing camera features a 32MP lens. In all, the IQOO 15 comes with four cameras, 3 on the back and 1 selfie camera.

On the backside, the IQOO 15’s three cameras include a primary lens and a Telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It also features an Ultra wide lens, which is a Samsung sensor.
At the media briefing, GsmArena was able to take some photos with the IQOO 15. The smartphone review platform shared a couple of these pictures on its website

The first sample photos were taken with the primary camera. The two photos below are photos from 12MP camera and 50MP camera.
By just taking a glance at both pictures, you can easily identify some difference. The photo taken with the 50MP lens certainly has more details than that of the 12 MP. It also produces more vibrant colors than the 12 MP photo.
The next photos are portrait photos. Judging from the two images, it’s quite clear that the 50MP photo looks better. The image from the 12 MP camera doesn’t look bad either. However, some parts of the hair were blurred out. This makes the image look a bit dull as compared to that of the 50MP.
GsmArena shared more pictures which include lowlight mode and macro mode pictures. However, the sample images above should do enough justice to the camera quality of the IQOO 15.
Soon, the smartphone will be available globally. Once it goes global, more details regarding camera and other features will be shared here.
